Justice Brett Busby is the choice of lawyers across the state in the race for Supreme Court, Place 8, according to an anonymous poll of members of the State Bar of Texas. The State Bar’s 2020 Judicial Poll included all candidates who filed applications for nomination with their respective parties. The poll listed each candidate’s name and city of residence but did not include partisan labels or information about incumbency.
